The perfect show for younger children - a retelling of an African folk story, with a magical twist at the end. Comes to the Village Hall at 3pm on Sunday 7th March.
Sun and Moon, two beautiful brothers, get along very well until Sun becomes jealous of his brother’s spectacular colours. Sun decides to get even by stealing them. Moon sets out on a journey to discover where his colours have gone, crossing the path of some magical and mysterious creatures from land and sea on his way.
In 2008, award-winning Toto Tales were nominated by List magazine in its ‘Top 20 Unmissable shows of the Fringe’. With a cast of only two, this quick-fire messy and joyful African storytelling uses gesture and language to enthrall younger audiences. 3-7 year olds will be drawn into a world of sunsets and deserts, high plains, moonbeams and magic; older family members will be charmed, too.
Suitable for 3-7 year olds and their families.
Tickets: £6.50 adults / £5 children.
