Annual General Meeting 2009

It was agreed that the consitution would be amended as follows:

1. Reduce reprentative members of the Horticultural Society on the committee from 2 to 1.
2. Add Welcombe Community Shop, Yarner Trust and Welcombe Toddler Group as representative members.
3. Change name of Welcombe Playschool to Welcombe Children’s Group.
4. Change date of AGM from April to June
5. Amend voting rights at AGM, so that it is the same as the object of the charity, namely the Parish of Welcombe and its immediate vicinity.
